We draft documents to commence actions like originating summons and writs of summons, both writs in personam as well as writs in rem. We also draft statements of claim, warrants of arrest, affidavits to lead warrants of arrest, praecipes and interim applications. We have acted in intervening actions and enforcement proceedings.

We wrote the article in 2003 calling for an Admiralty Court in Malaysia, which was the subject of a study by the Maritime Institute of Malaysia, leading to a Malaysian Maritime Conference in 2007 and eventually the establishment of the Admiralty Court of Malaysia today.
